When you realize your asphalt is fading, it may be time to get sealcoat applied. If water is no longer beading off the surface, and seeping into the asphalt, it's time. If you start seeing small cracks develop in the surface, or worse, large cracks, it's time. If you have had your asphalt sealed more than two-three years ago, it's time to seal again.

Cracks are not just an aesthetic problem, they are a structural failure. Water will enter these cracks to the surface below causing even more failure. Winter time can cause catastrophic damage. Keep an eye out for alligator cracks (Patterns of interconnected cracks) and linear cracks running along the edge of your driveway.

We will keep our product off of your grass, siding, garage doors and concrete, curbs or sidewalks and anything else that is not your driveway or parking lot. In the event that there is a mistake, we will comeback and remove our mistake free of charge.
